My husband and I bought a house in Clintonville and the roof is 5 years old. We recently had a leak and we were over the 5 year warranty. I called and left a message for the owner Tony. He had excellent customer service and speedy response. He called me back that same day can came out the next day to fix the roof. I was so thankful for his speedy friendly response and service. I will continue to work with him and the new company Highland Exteriors!

Scarlet put on a new roof for us 4 years ago. At that time were having a leak which did some minor interior damage. Did not repair the interior ceiling until this year. Then we realized the leak was still present. After 4 contacts sent an employee to check who diagnosed the reoccuring issue and indicated he would be back the next day to repair. No show. Now have phoned and emailed over 9 times with no response. Very dissppointed. Gregg Morris

I actually had a full roof replacement done today 2/15/23. This started 4 months ago. Scarlet Exteriors fought n fought with my insurance company until they got a full replacement approved. I was kept in the loop the whole time. They know the laws and each time my insurance company came up with a reason they wouldn't approve a full replacement, Scarlet Exteriors came back at them. Finally, after 4 months, fully approved replacement. Work day. The crew was on time, the QC guy, Sean, explained everything to me when they showed up, gave me his card and said if I had any questions or concerns to call him. Scarlett replaced our commercial rubber roof in 2020 with only a one year warranty on what should be a 15-20 year life span. Beginning in October 2023, the roof began leaking due to standing water on the roof. After an independent analysis, it's been determined there was no sloping built into the rubber insulation which would allow for the water to drain properly. This has caused the flashing under the water to fail and leaking and damage inside the building. The analysis also showed the rubber material used was the cheapest available. We are now faced with costly repairs on a nearly new roof from Scarlett.

Scarlet Exteriors recently replaced my roof and it was a great experience from start to finish. They educated me on the whole insurance process, worked directly with insurance to manage the claim, and got to work within 2 weeks of the claim approval. The roof itself looks great and the installation went off without a hitch. I definitely recommend working with them.
