We seemed to be having ongoing A/C issues and I called our 'usual' A/C company where the receptionist gave her opinion on what the problem was, and offered an estimate to back up her diagnosis.....it didn't settle well with me. I decided to check into a local company, found Schieffer's online, and gave them a call. How refreshing - the owner answered the phone, listened to the symptoms, asked the right questions and had the whole problem resolved and the house cooling within 3 hours of my initial call. The bill was reasonable and I could not have been more surprised and pleased with the immediate, professional attention. I am a huge fan of Schieffer's and would highly recommend them.

Made an appointment for them to show up at 8 am the Monday before Christmas! They didn't show or call to reschedule! Thankfully, it's been warm out and my woodburning stoves has provided the heat we need until I can get a reputable company to show up after Christmas!

We made appointment with them then the day came and no show. Wife called them and he said he forgot about the appointment but if we wanted to make another he would. Aahh no thanks another company came and would recommend them all day long.
