Schill Grounds Management

As a former Landscaping manager normally id let things slide but these guys are very unprofessional don't stand behind their words...I recently purchased a exspensive daily driver car an paid high dollar to have a paint correction done.. these guys usually mow an blow grass all over everything an mess up our porch or doorstep setups in our apartment complex..but this time they went way to far an were doing a leaf pickup..I understand they may have been in a hurry in November but they blew sticks..mulch leaves ALL OVER my car to the point it was covered basically coated in debris..its like they didn't even try to avoid my car..an im very particular about my things..scratched an scapred it all up..even blew part of my window trim vinyl off with their blowers... Terrible you DO NOT do that to

I've had a great experience working with the Schill Grounds Management team! They are professional, detail-oriented, and everyone who I have worked with is great to work alongside - highly recommend reaching out to them for your Commercial Property Maintenance! 10/10

They shouldn't cause cars to get dirty! Afterwards, dirty, leafy, muddy, etc...DO NOT AIM LEAF BLOWERS AT CARS. LEAF BLOWER 101. They also use 8 plus leaf blowers at once. Prepare for a major headache and noise pollution. Invest in electric or use a rake and broom. Not sure what the noise ordinances are. Definitely do not recommend!!!!

Our HOA uses Schill for lawn mowing. They damaged our gas meter causing a gas leak, broken pipe and shifted the position of the meter. The damage wasn't reported by personnel. When we realized it, the gas company had to turn off the gas and have the meter repositioned. We had to have a plumber come to replace the pipe. Initially the Schill manager said they would cover the cost. However, after a few more managers involvement, the company decided they were not responsible for the damage and are refusing to pay the plumbers bill. Hmm, interesting that the Schill mowers were the only equipment in the area. They have a history of driving the mowers fast. If we were not in the HOA we would never use this company

After working with Britt and not getting resolution on basic issues of the landscape job, I reached out to Jim Schill the owner. Both men promised to address the issues of poor plant material, incorrect planting, and incorrect placement of trees. The Schill team could not evenly space a basic row of trees along the side of the building . After one and a half years, numerous calls and discussions and paying $10,000 to Schill these men have not addressed the problems that they created. Their solution is for me to purchase more trees to make up for their lack of following the plan. I invite you to come see for yourself the poor quality of work and the poor quality of plant material that was incorporated into the landscape of my office building at 17112 Pearl Road in Strongsville Ohio.
