We needed the blower motor on our Goodman gas furnace replaced. We had never used Schlosser & Associates and decided to utilize them for the repair. They not only had great reviews, but Zach and Taylor answered all our pre-appointment questions quickly and in detail. Today, their tech Jason and his trainee Jordyn came to do the repair. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they answered all questions politely and in detail. Jason and Jordyn had great personalities and were easy to talk to. They were neat, cleaned up when they left, and wore booties while in the house! We would highly recommend giving them a try. We are signing up for the yearly maintenance plan and requesting Jason and Jordyn!

I had new Goodman heat pump installed by another company. Unfortunately, the installer was not familiar with the Goodman new CoolCloud wireless programing technology and never got my settings working properly. Thankfully, I called Schlosser & Associates and they sent me technician Sajid who was proficient with CoolCloud. I cannot thank him enough for all the time and conscience work he did to restore the proper function of my heat pump. He arrived on time and was very cordial. I give him the highest satisfaction rating. You have earned me as a customer for life.

Highly recommend Sajid Hussain with Schlosser and Associates! We have an ancient boiler which other companies avoid. Schlosser sent out Sajid who was not only knowledgeable but has vast experience and expertise. We request him every year to help keep our heat for the winter going!

I have used Schlosser several times and I have been happy with them every time. The last visit was a big job replacing old piping with new. They did it efficiently so that we would have water turned back on the same day. Matt and Cliff were a great team keeping me informed and looking for the best way to solve problems as they were going through some tight spaces. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC work.The other person I want to mention is Zach Dennis who patiently worked with me during our planning phase and clarifying the final invoice. How many managers are able to make an invoice discussion joyful. Well, Zach does! Thank you all!
