Let me start off by saying these guys were beyond great. We had Schmidt finish our entire basement from framing, electrical, drywall and painting. They did an outstanding job. Turned out better than we had expected. Matt was extremely helpful with making our vison come to life and we couldn't be happier. The crew was very professional and respectful, communication was nothing but excellent. We highly recommend Schmidt construction co. for all of your build/remodel needs.

ANYONE BUT THEM We asked this company to move a pavilion and put a new roof on it. Two years later, half of the roof is on the ground … Their reply: “The shingles, including the base layers of roofing felt and starter course were installed per industry standards and meet the manufactures requirements.” After consulting with professional roofers and checking the manufacturer instruction, the nails were not put at the right place on the shingle nailing strip but way too high. The least we can say, it is the sloppiest job a “professional” with 30 years of experience can do. A company that should be put out of business.
