Schnaitman's Flooring America

UPDATE 11/23. After I posted this review we got a call the next day from Jenny. She came out to look at the issues we still had. Within a week or 2 she sent their carpenter out to fix the issues. We had a horrible experience with Schnaitman's flooring. We have a small kitchen so was hoping for seemless work. We had tile put in and flooring. The gentleman who came to do the work did the flooring first? I’m not a contractor but I know to do the flooring last. He did a horrible job with the tile and had unfinished work. They day he said he was leaving, I said I hope you will be back to finish up underneath the window. He said, no I’m completed. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the windowsill and the tile. Had a complex flooring problem that needed expert advice. Jenny came over quickly and figured out what needed to be done. She said it required a specific person, Kyle, to do the work. Everything worked out great. Highly recommend!!

Our bathroom remodel turned out very nice. The logistics for obtaining supplies and scheduling services were a little slow, but in the end, we were very satisfied with the outcome.

I usually don't write reviews and I'm a mild-tempered person but I was faced with immensely rude staff. Not helpful at all and they seemed to be less than interested in working with me and my project. There are way better companies in the area to use for your remodeling needs.
