We have used a window air conditioner for years, however, decided we wanted a different solution. Since we have an oil boiler heating system, this required an attic type of cooling system. Ryan to the rescue! He provided a very reasonable quote and started our installation quickly. He was professional, timely and did an AWESOME job. It required some retrofitting to fit the system in our attic, but everything worked out extremely well. And now we can enjoy our home without the noisy air conditioners and fans blowing! Was having issues with ac unit. Posted for recommendations on Facebook and Ryan responded to give him a call he could fix it same day. I called him, he said he would come shortly. Never discussed what his fee was so naive me thought the only fees are what it costs to fix the problem. He spent 10 minutes diagnosing and said nothing is wrong with my system. It’s working like it should. But the motor amps were high indicating it was going out but that has nothing to do with my issue. So he recommended I replace it before it does die. I asked him how much that would cost. He said he would have to get back to me but typically it costs $800-900. I was confused how nothing was wrong and was trying to get an explanation out of him as to how I can have my thermostat set to 70 but my house would get

Our furnace was slowly losing the ability to produce heat. Called Ryan for a service call. He came out promptly. He diagnosed a failing heat exchanger. We decided to have him replace the entire furnace as it wasn’t worth replacing the heat exchanger. He did an amazing job, clean installation, I highly recommend him to anyone. 5+ stars and he’s local!
