I called tonight because I had an emergency with my residential boiler. This company had previously performed service on it to the previous homeowner. I called the service line and followed the prompts for after hours emergency service. I pressed 2 as it said for Tuesday, the person who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and as soon as I stated I needed emergency service to my surprise they hung up on me without saying a word. So I called back and proceeded to call each emergency line hoping I would get someone to talk to and they either did not answer or answered and immediately hung up. Terrible customer service. Completely disappointed in this “hometown” company I wanted to patronize, one that the previous homeowner raved about saying they were great and reliable. This was

Jay and team were the absolute best group I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My AC unit had issues last season and finally died at the end of August. They were the professional heroes that got me through the end of last season. Now they got to be heroes again! Jay provided me a fair quote. It was so reasonable, I decided to upgrade my unit (which took skill to make compatible with my furnace). They made it happen! I couldn’t have been taken care of better. My wife and me built our home 27 years ago. After that time our air conditioner refused to cool and our furnace had started to make unusual noise in winter. We decided to have a local and trusted company replace both units. There was a four day heat wave coming and Schneiss Heating and Air conditioning was able to get us a really great price and get the AC unit in within a couple of days after the owner Jay came out to see what was needed. They showed up as scheduled and the two men were courteous, prompt and did a terrific job. Having used them in the past, we were again completely pleased and satisfied with our choice and their performance.
