Schnelle Heating & Air

Terrible. As a General Contractor I've had more call backs on this company then any other ever. The biggest issue is them using the excuse of "Got to order a part" when I've had other HVAC companies go out and fix their stuff in a matter of minutes. We learned our lesson the hard way.

Just wanted to thank Dave and his co-worker for the awesome job they did today. I've been enduring 80°-88° temps for 2 mos now. I was very happy when my landlord told me Schnelle was doing the job. Dave was on time and very nice. He text with updates throughout the day as I was at work. I left them both here alone to do the install and they left the place clean and locked up. Dave even text me when he was leaving to let me know he was done and locked up my apt. I came home to 73° apartment for the first time this summer. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy your men showed. I'm very impressed!!!

I was recommended to use this company and I am so glad I did. Everitt was amazing and efficient and I got no run a rounds. Honest information and to top it off a fantastic price. The guys who installed my unit were amazing and fast and made sure everything worked great before they left. I couldn't be happier with my units and cannot wait to do business with them again. I could shop in their store all day. Anytime I called the staff were all friendly and helpful. No one likes to replace their HVAC system but if you have to this is the place to go!!

The staff at Schnelle answer the phone and have a sense of urgency, which is GREATLY appreciated in today's world. I have used them multiple times for personal repairs as well as repairs at rentals and they consistently provide excellent service. A RARE GEM!

Couldn’t seem to get a phone call returned, or schedule an actual appointment. Last minute “how about now?” Was the only response a week later. Called a couple more times to ask questions because things weren’t working….Sure enough that bill was returned just fine. Receptionist was absolutely wonderful though.
