Schomers Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I have called Schomers many times for various home plumbing repairs in our house, and always with good results. They always are straight shooters and figure out a way to solve the problem, and to solve it in an economical fashion. They are always willing to talk through the problem and endure my questions. I appreciate their honesty, and more so because I once misdialed and ended up with another company that tried to upsell me on a massive basement project that Schomers later fixed for a fraction of the cost.

called and gave them the make, model, and issue with tankless water heater. showed up with wrong gasket even tho they had the same make/model in their shop. charged me for 2 hours to drive back to shop and get correct 16 dollar gasket. ended up having to shut off water bc leak was worse after service. bought the part from home depot and installed myself with no issues. total invoice = 430 bucks. for what exactly? put my issues in writing per their instructions and no response. schomers used to be a well respected company - I've done business with them under various llc's for over 20 years. NEVER AGAIN.

Called these guys to repair a slab leak in an apartment. I got it located like they asked which took 2 days to complete from a third party which was not their fault. After I told them I located it they scheduled me in but not for 7 days. Ok I suppose i can wait that long, so I waited. They show up and looked at the location to see what they needed. Tech then told me they will not be able work on job today and said the office would be contacting me with a job date. I never heard anything back for two days, then i had decided to call myself and basically felt like i was harassing them to give me a date. They told me they had to let the owner approve the job. It took three days to give me a quote for the slab leak. I then asked when they would be out to actually do the job and they told me th

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I GIVE 0 STARS! I am disturbed by the un-professionals that showed up to our home to fix our plumbing. I can't say they did nothing but whatever they "did do" only made our problems worse. We asked what the problem was and they said it was a city issue. The city came within 20 mins of being notified and debunked the plumbers theory. They were rude and threatened to leave without fixing the issue. The threat became a reality. If I ever spoke or threatened any person at my job, esp. the people paying me, I would be FIRED! When they were asked to fix the problem for a 3rd time they said they would charge us AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My A/C went out I called at 7 am The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful he was a part of their plumbing team he did not say I'm only plumbing call back later what he did say is I'm part of plumbing However I will pass the message on and sure enough by 7:30 someone had called and by 8 they were at my home and it was fixed by 9:15 I was so appreciative and blessed to have had such quick and pleasant experience with them I'll use them again in the future...
