Jay is a brilliant mechanic and Jennifer is outstanding in the front office. Altogether good people. I went to Schramm to check vibration and leak. Within 24 hours, I received an estimate and the repairs were immediately completed. They are honest, experts, and have a great network to solve any car problem. Unequivocally, I give my highest recommendation, and will not go anywhere else for car maintenance and repairs.

Jason has been working on my fleet for at least 8 years now. He is an exceptional mechanic and a great guy. Honest, dependable and fast are all traits I relate to his services. Highly recommend him to both family and friends.

I had an excellent experience at Schramm. Their pricing is fair and honest (they told me what needed to be done on my car could take between 30 minutes to an hour, and they charge by the half hour. They ended up charging me for 30 minutes), communication was great, and Jen at the front desk was so sweet and kind. They also fit in a tire rotation for me which I originally forgot to ask for. I would definitely come back!

There is no doubt that Jason and Jennifer Schramm are the most trustworthy, honest, and customer focused advocates when it comes to this industry. I pulled out of my parking lot the other day and heard a loud scraping from the undercarriage of my Honda Civic, after driving for about 30 seconds I decided I better pull over and it looked like I was going to need a tow. When going into the businesses nearby to let them know my car might be there for a couple of hours I was pleased to find that one of the business was Schramm, and Jennifer right on the spot offered to bring my car around to the back and check it out. Not 20 minutes later was the metal plate yanked off and I could drive out again, and both Jennifer and Jason were happy to let me take a peek and see what was really going on. I don't think I've ever had that level of honesty and transparency with anyone that has worked on my car, and their own experience gave me peace of mi
