Unprofessional. We called Thursday to set up a Saturday pour. I will have to give them credit, they scheduled us for 1pm on Saturday when they normally quit at noon, but 1pm Saturday came and went and we had no truck. We called at 130pm to see if they were delayed as I understand it sometimes happens. They informed us they canceled our pour and had no intentions of calling us and letting us know. They were tired of working today. So we wasted half our day and a friend's day so we were available for their appointment time. Disappointed to say the least.

Do not use this company unless you are desperate and don't care about keeping a schedule. I ordered 20 yards of concrete with fiber. They arrived 53 minutes late to our job, which I was paying 6 people to work at. And then HAD THE WRONG MATERIAL!! We specifically asked for fiber and they showed up with 11 yards of concrete with no fiber in it. Everyone played dumb about it, but the dispatcher Jerry said he'd send some "bags of fiber with the next truck". The second truck shows up with a half bucket of fiber to give the other driver. So now we are 1.5 hrs behind schedule, and now I've got a half bucket of fiber that's allegedly going to reinforce 11 yards of concrete, right...... They better pray this floor doesn't crack from lack of reinforcement or I'll be seeing them in court. Then af
