Schwerma's Carpet Cleaning

I have taken my rugs here for over 5 years and am more than happy to continue. The service has always been personable and kind, my rugs come back beautiful, I am a happy customer. Even though I now live 2 hours away, I still send my rugs- I am a creature of habit, this family does it right so I see no need to look elsewhere. Thank you Schwerma's!

HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE results! My rug came back just as dirty and perhaps more matted than when I brought it in PLUS there was a big black dead fly in the center of it. It's an ivory wool shag rug and now it has to be taken elsewhere. I called to complain but no offer to make amends was made (not that I would even take it there again). The place is FILTHY dirty and hoarders work there. I only went at the referral of a friend but will never go again. Steer clear!

Used them for years, family run for over 50 years, very nice and have always done an excellent job.

the place used to be great. However, now a far different experience. Avoid at all costs.
