During roofing work on my condominium building, my first floor unit experienced water damage after heavy rains. Though it did take a few months to get in contact with proper channels and for the damage to be inspected/repaired, it was ultimately taken care of by SCI. Upon seeing there was more damage than originally thought, the project manager AJ ensured that the entire bedroom floor was replaced for me. AJ and his crew worked with me to pick out the replacement flooring I desired and installed it in a professional manner. AJ was polite and personable during this situation, which was very much appreciated.

I had what I thought was a roof leak Saturday night and was pretty stressed about it. I called SCI Roofing around 7pm, not expecting much since it was the weekend. To my surprise, Shawn, the Vice President, personally called me back — and he was actually out at dinner at the time. He still took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through everything step by step, helping me figure out it was actually an AC leak, not a roof issue. He could have easily brushed it off, but instead he went above and beyond to help. That level of responsiveness, honesty, and customer care really says a lot about the company.
