To Whom It May Concern, I would like to report an incident that occurred involving a driver operating an SCK company truck. Date & Time: July 7th 2025 around 2:15 pm Location: Intersection of 16th St Washington DC heading towards Silver Spring Border Line Vehicle: SCK company truck (plate: 3EP3922) While I was stopped at a red light preparing to make a right turn, the SCK driver attempted to cut in front of me, despite oncoming traffic approaching from the left. When the light turned green, the driver aggressively maneuvered toward my vehicle, appearing to intentionally intimidate me.
