Had a clogged drainage line on my LG refrigerator and they had it fixed in 15 minutes! Very reasonably priced, called to let me know they were running behind on a previous service call and showed up on time at the rearranged time. Super nice guys -- highly recommend them.

We called Scooters Appliance repair from Knoxville to come out and look at my dishwasher back in May of 2021. 2 young fellows showed up at our home in Morristown, Tn. We asked for a business card. They said they had none. The guy who did the most conversing with us was Travis. He said he would order us a part. He needed $100.00 for service fee. Never saw or heard from him again. He took us for $100.00 and in my opinion is very unreliable and not a good business person. Do not call these people. They are scamming people and not giving any service. Don't trust these people. They are users and no good.

He came out to repair our refrigerator. He replaced a timer but that wasn’t the problem. It was the thermostat. The problem came back 3 days after he supposed to have fixed it. He said his work was guaranteed but he wouldn’t return our calls and we couldn’t leave a message. Poor service and didn’t follow up with his customer.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY. Between Jon's lies, failure to show up, inability to find and fix my refrigerator, it cost me over $400 , three weeks of run around promises and it was never fixed. He just didn't show back up. Wouldn't answer phone calls , or texts. Worst business I've seen in 64 years.

This is an excellent and punctual service. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to quickly diagnose and fix my issues with multiple appliances. This is the best appliance service I have ever used. Highly recommended.
