Worst experience ever. The parking attendant left my battery on and completely drained it. I said no problem and went a mile away to get jumper cables. When I returned they refused to help and said “it wasn’t their problem”. Yet I handed the car over with the engine running so it was completely their fault. I had to get a booster pack and 2 hours later was finally able to leave. Horrible customer service
To whom it may concern- My wife booked this spot on spot hero, and the parking attendant scraped the side of our car, and is refusing to give us their name and the name and number of their supervisor so that we can file an insurance claim. Please help us immediately. Thank you Please give me the name and number of your outfit, because the number on Google doesnt work.
Good garage, attendants are nice and they are opened 24/7
