BEWARE. This company does not have any tile-skilled workers. This project was initially solicited in April 2025 for two-bathroom renovations. The project consisted of removing and disposing of the existing walk-in shower and tub and building a new walk-in shower with a glass wall. I had Scott Home Improvement, come to replace overhead garage door base weather stripping because it was leaking, and when they fixed it, it was still leaking.And Scott Home Improvement sent someone out again to fix the problem.Doing the Strom Debby on yesterday and today is was still leaking.I paid money $227.00 and it wasn't cheap,because they want you to pay before anyone comes out to fix the problem.I am so bothered and want be calling them again. You only told me about adding the floor stripping after you said let's try to replace the overhead first, you also said it cost $350.00 for both, point is when he came back out he didn't bring the piece for the floor, and I don't lie, so don't try to make it look like I didn't want the floor strip.The only thing is I came and asked you what I

I am a retired Army Veteran who called for an estimate. They scheduled one date then they called and asked if they can come a day early. 15 minutes later a gentleman comes to my door walks through my home and tells me he will get me an estimate by the end of the week. This was a week and a half ago and I am still waiting for an estimate. Not sure why my time was wasted but this was unprofessional in my opinion.

I was supposed to have a hole repaired that was caused when my new fridge damaged the wall during delivery. It was supposed to be repaired on 29 Oct 3018, at 0800. I took time off, and yet no one showed up or called to reschedule, etc. Needless to say, I'm a little upset.
