Scott and his crew were amazing. I called 12/30 and Scott was able to squeeze me in the next day. I had a leak underneath the bathroom sink and he quickly fixed it. I called a couple of places and all went to voicemail and no call backs. I understand it's a busy time of the year and i really wasnt expecting a fast turnaround. He was very professional. I got a recommendation from my neighbor and 3 months back reached out to start discussing service or replacement of a water heater. Sent many photos and discussed the situation. Eventually he came over for an assessment. We spent at least an hour discussing options and made a plan to move forward with replacement. He took notes, was very focused and appeared responsible, and then said he would need a week to put together a quote and a plan. That was the last I heard from him. I messaged him again about a month and a half after and received dead silence in response. Yesterday, 3 months on I woke up to a broken water heater that flooded the basement, resulting in very significant cost and cleanup.
