New roofs installed. Contractor quality control is marginal. First problem was the color of the edge trim I requested white on the approved proposal the crew showed up with brown, fortunately I was home and showed the lead man the proposal after he told me his job sheet showed brown. He did correct by tearing off the brown and sending someone to pick up white. I had new gutters installed at the back of my house. The tear-off crew did not remove the old gutters. When the gutter crew showed up to install the new gutters, they tore off the old gutters but had notches in the edge trim from the old gutters. The edge trim now has notches in it. The simple coordination of gutter removal before edge trim installation would have made for a better watertight seal between the gutters and wood trim

after getting bids from three different roofing companies, we chose to go with Justin and Scott Roofing. They weren’t the most expensive nor the least expensive. Justin however, sold us because of his honesty credibility and attention to detail. The crew on site works so clean and so hard they were wonderful and the finish results exceeded our expectations. Scott Roofing recently replaced our roof of 3 layers of shingles (the original dating back to 1939). We are very pleased with the results from initial contact through completion. We had a minor aesthetic issue (counter flashing) but it was addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Jason was easy to work with and explained everything from his proposal, to the material, to the detailed construction process. The construction crew showed up on time and completed the project in two days. They cleaned up and hauled the debris away leaving the site clean and without any damage to my foundation plantings . The work looks great and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
