Scott and his son put a new roof on our old farm house. It was a very involved job. They did an amazing job. Scott and his son were very professional, skilled and careful with the plants around our house. They coordinated the roof work and the metal work flawlessly. Scott is our go to for all of our roof and exterior work. Years later still loving it! Thank you Scott and Son. Got our new 6” gutters with gutter guard and new 4” downspouts. Awesome. I moved Into my home in 2021. The roof had been put on in the fall of 2020. After about one year, I started noticing condensation and moisture issues in the attic space. After another year, I started noticing that this was translating into mold and the plywood peeling apart due to the moisture. This can be avoided by simply making sure there’s proper ventilation in the attic space, however, when I called, I was told that they don’t do ventilation for older homes. I was also told that someone would drive by and take a look from the outside to see the buckling of the plywood, but I never heard back from them. I was willing to pay for any updates needed. They are simple things that can be done like installing an intake vent, a ridge vent, and baffle boards in an attic like mine that can ens
