Set an appt for 10Am, changed the time at 930 to 11. Showed up for an estimate , without a proper ladder. Said he would be back. At 4pm, I gave up and canceled his service. His response was he was busy and he had alot of estimates. Thats totally understandable, but set a date and time, and follow thru, homeowner should not be put through an all day appt. Is this how the service completion would be handled? I don't have time for all day service calls, that should take 60 to 90 minutes. I have to work ,to pay for roof service.

Got the job done but they smoked around children
