Chris recently completed extensive work on my father's home replacing the central air conditioning equipment as well as a much needed boiler mixing valve assembly which finally fixed our hot water out of the cold faucet problem! We have been having issues with our boiler for past 2 years. Was told by 1 company we needed to replace our furnace because its just to old. I called Scotti Mechanical and he was there when he finished his other jobs. He was honest, took time to diagnose the issue, gave me an estimate and had me back up and running. Chris was fantastic! He is an experienced, professional and responsive. This past spring, we experienced an issue with our new central AC unit. Chris was very responsive and scheduled an appointment with me and assessed the problem very quickly. He fixed our AC within a couple of days of diagnosing the issue and ordered a part that saved me $$. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair. Currently, we have an issue with our heat, Chris came out to inspect the issue on a weekend and did not charge me as a courtesy and for the visit! Unfortunately, he does not work on gas furnaces, but he was able to direct us on what he thought was going on with the unit and recommended a provider that services gas.
