Neighbor who had used this company for many many years recommended Scottie’s to us. Family owned, they’ve been in business over 30 years. In August 2025, they replaced our old cooling/heating system, but also gave us options on repairing the old one, which would have saved us a bundle. Due to age, and the fact of regular issues multiple times a year since moving in in 2016, we opted for new. The new unit kept cutting off and they had to keep coming back to troubleshoot. Finally figured out there was a broken wire under our slab of our 1993 house. They were able to run it through the attic, and no more issues. They also made adjustments to our vent system that has made cooling our house so much more efficient! Fast forward to Oct 2025, we came home from a trip to find the house temp at 80

Great Customer Service all around and resolved our AC down issue the same day. Our technician Kyle was able to diagnose and repair the unit quickly and efficiently. He also installed a blow out line on our air handler drain for easy servicing. Will be using again for our business and home.

Scotties Cooling and Heating is "Top Notch". I found out about this company from my neighbor and have been using for over a year now. I am extremely pleased with the service, knowledge, reliability, quick responses and price of this company. I wished I had known about their business years ago; they would have saved me more money and aggravation of using a different company. The technician "John" is so knowledgeable.
