Scott responded same day to my request for service. In short order the staff came & had my HVAC up and running. I got a better than fair price, excellent service, and if I could give a extra star for how impressed I was with the experience I would. So glad Scott had come highly recommended by a friend from Pawleys Island. Will most definitely call them for any future service.

As a Scott's customer for 22 years, they have always been professional, responsiveness, and courteous. Hyatt and his team always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Having to replace our unit, the new unit was installed within days after making a decision on which one to go with. The installation technicians did an excellent job cleaning up and made sure to leave the area spotless. I appreciate them taking their time to explain the in and outs of new system. I have been a Scott's customer for 17 years and have been very pleased with the service I have received, particularly the last few years. Technician Jamie came to our house late in the evening to check on our heat, and worked hard to try to fix the problem. When we learned we needed to replace the old system, I received a very fair price for an excellent Carrier system (I did some research!), and it was installed quickly during a busy time. Hyatt was extremely professional, courteous and forthright through the whole process. My thanks also to Elizabeth, also, for always being on call! We highly recommend Scott's Heating and Cooling for repair, maintenance, and replacement units. We had a very old Carrier system that Hyatt recommended we replace it with a split system Carrier Heat Pump since we were also looking to have an alternative to our electric baseboard heaters. We purchased the Performance Series in August and have been very pleased with the noticeable savings on our energy bill. Hyatt and his excellent team handled the installation of the outside unit and attic wiring with care. Also, you can always count on and reach Elizabeth to schedule any needed service and repairs. We returned from vacation on a Sunday in June to find that our AC was not blowing cold air. Since we have lived in Greenwood for less than 2 years, we did not have a go-to AC company to call, so we called 2. A technician from Scott's showed up on Monday and promptly diagnosed our problem as a blower motor issue. He noted that he would go back to the office, check for a warranty possibility, and get back with us on a price to repair. On Tuesday a technician from another company showed up (as we had forgotten to cancel our appointment with them after someone from Scott's had shown up). He did a thorough job of troubleshooting (which was missing from the visit from Scott's) and decided that our issue was not the blower motor, but a module.
