Scotty's installed a new Mitsubishi (Multi-Head 2) Mini Split so we could heat and cool 2 rooms in our Home built in 1987 that could never get right with traditional HVAC. Joey made some great suggestions on how to hide the lines?! I needed some electrical work ($750) and Handy Man $350 to work some magic but it all turned out AWSOME. This is the first time in 8 plus years since we owned our home that our Kitchen and Lower Level (Hang out room) are not completely comfortable! The instant Cool and Heat and quietness of this unit are great!

Fantastic service all the way around. We called to have our 6 month check up, Heather was super efficient and welcoming and was able to get someone out on the same day. The tech arrived right on time and was super helpful and informative. He worked diligently and took a couple minutes to greet one of our dogs. He provided us with information that he felt was useful and was very genuine. Highly recommend Scotty’s to anyone. It is hard to find people that so this much care but they shown it every step of the way.

Just moved into a new home and I don't have a preferred heating and air vendor for maintenance. Old owners recommended Scotty's. Such courteous staff. Made an appointment and was added to the schedule immediately for a close in time appointment. Was on time, looked at everything, and even provided some insights for my future reno plan and incorporating heat and air into that plan. Great experience with my technician.

Wonderful service. All Scotty's personnel were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We wish all businesses would provide such excellent service at a reasonable price. We totally appreciate Scotty's, and we recommend them to others whenever we have the opportunity.

They were extremely quick in coming out to check on making the repair that was required which was exceptional service to me. Joey the technician was very polite and kind. What I thought was going to be a 3-5 day wait for the part to arrive actually was only the next day. Heather the receptionist was also very pleasant to speak with. I would say they have excellent employees and quick service. I was highly impressed by them.
