A presentation by Les Small inspired me to become a customer of Turin Pest Control. I have been a customer for many years. A technician came by today to provide my last monthly service of 2025. After another great year of service, it is worth noting that the company consistently provides excellent communication. I always know when someone is coming to my house. Technicians are courteous. They arrive within the window they promised. Rescheduling is easy. The service is excellent. I primarily have treatment applied outside my home. Their work is so effective that I rarely see bugs in my home.
Jim did an excellent job with my pest control service and was very thorough in his work. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and made sure each one was addressed. His attention to detail and professionalism were very much appreciated. I noticed immediate improvement after his visit, and he explained everything clearly along the way. Overall, Jim provided great service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
We have been very pleased with the services Turin Pest Control provides. We have the full package, which includes mosquito abatement. Since we live in the woods, a pest service is a must. The platinum package handles everything, including mosquitoes. Kyle performs our services and he is always very professional, and will go the extra mile if we have any issues, even when we had a small rodent infestation. As a result, we are blissfully bug-free, and rodent-free. Turin provides that level of service that is dedicated to the customer. We are very pleased!
Just wanted to take a minute and say how impressed I was with Robert. He was very thorough when he came and sprayed my house and I really appreciated that. I felt like he put a lot of care into making sure that my house stays bug free! He was also very kind. I’m very impressed and grateful for the service Robert provided today!
