I had a genuinely excellent experience working with Cary Hembey. From the very beginning, Cary was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. I was upfront that I was also speaking with another roofer to do my due diligence, and despite knowing he might not ultimately get the job, Cary never pressured me. He remained helpful, responsive, and respectful throughout, even when it meant his time and effort could have gone unused. This was my first insurance claim, and Cary guided me through the entire process step by step. He took the time to explain how insurance works, including ACV, depreciation, and payment timing, which made a potentially overwhelming situation much easier to navigate. The roof was installed with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, and Cary handled the IRR documentation

Wow! From the free inspection to the finished product, our interaction with Mark and team was professional. We selected IKO Nordic Class 4 shingle with high profile hip and ridge. The result exceeded our expectations, and we are not easily impressed. We were provided a written estimate, our questions were patiently and thoroughly answered, the crew was polite, took exceptional effort to tarp our pool and protect our landscape and did a thorough cleanup after the job was finished. We highly recommend SCR if you’re considering a roof replacement.

Cary Hembey and SCR were great for us. Cary helped us through the claim process for replacing our roof and other items that were damaged by a hail storm. Cary was very professional and made the whole process much easier for us. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced or repaired. We had SRC come for roof leak inspection and Cody determined the leak to be a result of improperly installed flashing. Cody also asked if we were aware of the hail damage on our roof. We were not, so Cody went on to explain the insurance claim process, the capabilities and benefits of SRC over their competitors as well as our obligations as the insured homeowner. After the claim had been approved, Cody orchestrated all the finer details. The crew Cody put together showed up precisely when he said they would. The crew was incredibly efficient in the installation of the roof and very diligent in cleaning the surrounding area upon completion of the roof. Well done SRC. Well done Cody!
