If it were possible to rate my experience, I would give a -1000 stars. I feel that there has been a lack of respect and responsibility towards me as a customer, which I suspect may have been influenced by racial profiling. I made a payment on Tuesday, and the delivery representative confirmed a delivery for Thursday. However, as of Monday, my house remains cold, my child has fallen ill, and I am unable to work from home due to the circumstances. After notifying the company that I would be escalating the matter to my lawyer, I finally received a call instructing me to find another oil supplier, despite the fact that my $500 payment is still unaccounted for. I have made numerous attempts to reach out via phone and text since Friday, but my efforts have gone unanswered and unacknowledged.

We were excited about changing to this company. John seemed very nice and helpful. My daughter had to call while I was at work to get them to come out and apparently she annoyed him with texts. He accidentally sent her a text later that night that was meant for the driver complaining about us with foul language. Very unprofessional

Owner responsive only via text, calls weren’t answered even with voicemails left. Charged an emergency delivery fee when I wasn’t asking for emergency timeline, just had to restart my service with them since it had been a while since our last delivery. Rude via text when asking what their delivery timeline was. Overall not pleased with the experience for an earnest customer for the last year, even without us needing frequent deliveries

Terribly rude to his customer. Delivered me oil 5 days after I requested, left me stranded in the cold during a massive Nor’easter, and still charged me a $65 “emergency” fee when he rolled up 5 days later. Also charged me a fee to prime and start my furnace despite him not priming, bleeding the line or starting my furnace. Tried to claim I “wasn’t his customer” despite us only using his company for the last year. Find your oil elsewhere.

These guys saved my tail last week when we ran out of oil at 4:40 pm and the forecast was for a 15 degree night. I would have paid them anything for heating oil at that point, but the price was very reasonable. The oil truck driver came after hours and filled our tank. Super polite, helpful, knowledgeable service at a great price. Highly recommend.
