Scott from S&E Cataldi answered my emergency call on a frigid Friday night (after business hours) and after my furnace stopped working unexpectedly. Not only was it freezing outside but I was leaving the country in 1.5 days and urgently needed to fix the problem. Scott walked me through the troubleshooting steps in multiple phone calls that night and the next morning. He helped me and my husband diagnose and fix the issue at no charge, with patience and kindness, out of the goodness of his heart because he knew we were cold and desperate. I would absolutely recommend Cataldi to anyone looking for an HVAC provider that cares, has integrity, and is willing to go above and beyond to help. Excellent service - thank you, Scott!

Scott was amazing to work with. He installed the HVAC at our home and is always available to answer any questions. One time he helped us over the phone and guided us so we could fix the issue and he didnt have to create a service call for something we could do ourself, that too over a weekend. Its hard to find such people in business and great customer service. Highly recommend !!

Scott was very quick to respond when our heating system fan motor just stopped working in the middle of winter. He had Mike come and look at it same day, installed shortly afterwards. Scott gaves us a such a great deal! Mike was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend S&E Cataldi for your heating and/or A/C needs!

I had a great experience with Scott/S&E Cataldi Heating and Air Conditioning. Scott was incredibly busy, but made time to come by my home very early on a weekend morning to see if he could help me out with the system. Other places I called gave me over a month timeline before they would even come out to look at the issue. After looking things over, the problem was diagnosed and by the middle of the next week the problem was resolved. Scott and his team were very professional and friendly. I would absolutely use S&E Cataldi again!

Highly recommend Scott and his guys. Returned my call almost immediately and was very helpful and knowledgeable about options for the repairs at my home. They replaced my outside condenser within three days and it looks and runs great! Reasonably priced. Very professional.
