Do not park here. They make it seem like your car will stay on site until you show up and have no choice. They move your car offsite and there is a high probability it will be damaged. I purchased a car the day I needed to fly out of Logan and I left it here. When I got back it was damaged. After months of escalating and working with the owners they refuse to pay for anything or even respond to me anymore. They said since I didn’t take a picture of the damaged area before hand in their parking lot they can’t cover it. The hotel refuses to take responsibility as well. 1,500 in damage. These people are unethical and underhanded.

I had a very disappointing experience at this parking facility. My car was scratched while parked here, and unfortunately, there was no video footage available to review what happened. When I contacted the staff, they stated that because my car was not moved by them, they could not be held responsible. It’s extremely frustrating to park in a paid facility and still have no security, no camera coverage, and no support when damage occurs. I only have one photo taken before entering the lot, and the damage clearly happened while the vehicle was on their property. However, because I did not take photo evidence at the lot itself, they refused to take responsibility. I have used this service 3 times in the last year...only once without issue....In the old days, you could park and take your keys...now you give them your keys, and at some point move your car off the property...no avoiding this...so someone drives my car 2-3 miles to a remote lot each way....The pickup bus is incredibly unpredictable, and the driver on the 27th couldn't speak English or help people with bags...much. When you call to tell them you're waiting and ask how long it will be, there will be a medley of answers...can't reach the driver, 10 minutes, 30 minutes...all you can really know from my experience is that it's a crapshoot. No more chances from me...Framingham MASSPORT/Logan Express...MASSPORT have 4 locations around Boston...$7/day, covered in Framingham.

This 5 star is long overdue. They had my car while I flew out to Austin and did an amazing job. The reviews scared me but the price didn’t. I had the best experience after flying into Boston late around 9/10pm. The shuttle was fast and immediate. The desk was available when I called for the shuttle. When I arrived my car wasn’t moved and had my keys back pretty quick

The staff was not friendly, with the exception of the man on the midnight shift. I arrived at BOS at Terminal A at midnight. I called for a pickup, but nobody came to pick me up. I waited for around an hour. Finally, my girlfriend said we couldn't wait, so we took an Uber for $28 (including the tip). We then had to find my car by ourselves in the very big parking lot. It was one of the most terrible experiences of my life.
