As a designer and custom home builder for over 35 years, I find it rare to come across any company that provides close to 90% quality service. Sea & Air International, however, with Yaniv Risman “at the helm”, surpasses the 100% mark in all areas. Dealing with shipping large items to Norway for the first time, for me, was one of the hardest and most complicated things I needed to figure out. Yet, the process with Yaniv was nothing short of miraculous due to his expertise in solving my problems, answering my questions (which were many), my schedule, explaining the overall process, handling all necessary items door-to-door and including the receiving company In Norway. We relocated for work from overseas and recently had to move from NY to FL. We used Sea & Air for our process. We had the best experience from the moment we contacted them. Great communication, amazing service by their packing and moving crews throughout the process. When we move again, we will only contact Sea & Air for their services. There is no need to look any further!

Had a fairly complex international relocation (long timeframe because we were going to travel a bit between jobs, unusual destination country, didn't have a destination address at the start of the move, only wanted to ship a small volume of stuff, we had our own property transit insurance policy, etc.) Sea & Air handled it perfectly. From initial contact, to packing and shipping, to all of our stuff arriving in good condition at our desired address right when we needed it. When I booked with Sea & Air I was a little bit worried, because they had prices that were about 30% lower than most other reputable firms I reached out to - but they really came through for us.

We recently moved from NY to Switzerland and decided to go with Sea & Air for the second time. They previously helped me move to Singapore and based on my previous experience, i decided to go with them again. Their prices are very competitive and the crew in NY were exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Omar and he was extremely helpful and easy to communicate through the duration of move. Living in the City, it's convenient that they are located centrally and are very efficient with the whole process. Thanks to the moving team.

I would suggest you not consider this company. I shipped my belongings from USA to an Asian country. When I got the quotation from the Sea & Air agent in the US side, they gave me a vague number of the terminal handling fee which according to the agent the number would be determined by the terminal handling company. Not to mention that it took them over 3 months to get things shipping in, neither the terminal handling or the US end contact can provide me a detailed charges for the terminal handling. They just want you to pay the money and if you request for it, they would told you it’s not correct to do that. And that’s from both the terminal and the US side agents. If as a customer you think this is tolerable, go for it. It is not legitimate and you cannot get a customer plan from them.
