Sea Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning

It's the second time that we have used Seabreeze Company and they did a pristine job stripping, cleaning and sealing an old brick floor in my first house, then cleaning and sealing old Saltillo tiles with a wonderful look before the sale of the second house. Jared is responsive, thorough and meticulous, and very pleasant to work with. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend Seabreeze!

Jared and Seabreeze were awesome. Came to the house picked up my rug. Did a wonderful job cleaning it and then brought it back. Door to door or should I say Floor to Floor service! Really nice and great communication. Will definitely be using them again.

I have had Sea Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning take care of our upholstery, area rugs, carpets, tile/grout and windows over the past 4 years and I WILL NOT go anywhere else! They are so professional, thorough and courteous. I have an area rug which I considered getting rid of if they couldn't revive it and bring it back to life. Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning did an OUTSTANDING job on our saltillo tile floors! We had Jared clean our floors back in 2018. He had us on file and didn't have to come out and give an estimate. He knew the square footage and all the rooms, including the bathrooms. He gave us his price; we knew the quality he takes in his work; and we said yes. The first day, two young men arrived at our house 20 minutes early and stripped the floors within four hours. The next day, Jarod started his magic. He showed up early and started shining the saltillo tile from 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. It looks as if it is a sheet of ice covering the tile, with NO SLIPPAGE. My wife and I would give Sea Breeze Floor & Window Cleaning a 5+ if we could.

The owner, Jared, came to my house, did measurements, and gave me a price, not an estimate. He is very friendly, and mostly, he’s very easy to contact. Art did the work. He answered all my questions confidently. He did an amazing job. My tile and grout look great! I would highly recommend Sea Breeze.
