Jim (James) is a perfectionist, and I don’t think he’d disagree if I said he’s a bit OCD. Left to his own devices he will clean anything that is not moving. He insisted on rinsing our 5 year old roof and to his credit, I saw why as the gunk flowed. Our vinyl lamppost got the Jim treatment and the rust stains that I thought would never go away… did. We hired him to clean our shingles, gutters, deck and fencing, and the next I knew our outdoor shower and yard shed were also looking brand new. The man is unstoppable. Word of advice though, he is often backed up and a lot of his work depends on the weather. When he says he will get to you as soon as he can, it could take a while. Be patient. He’s worth the wait.
