Seacoast Concrete

Not an easy job - creating a large patio space on a piece of property atop a hill. BEFORE: First four pictures show the original work site. There was a concrete pool with a surrounding deck sitting atop of hill retained by very old and heavy pavers AFTER:Next 5 pictures Thanks to Dillon, who was the project manager, for getting the work done despite the hour and the temps. We needed a fairly large patio as our (new build) house is slightly above grade. We wanted something to last a long time, but not have the potential to crack if it was a continuous concrete pour. Jason Woods, the owner, convinced us to “upgrade” to pavers due to the “Northern exposure”. After reviewing their website, it was easy to pick out detailed selections of what we wanted and needed. Shale Gray Smooth Tech Blue-60’s. (3) sizes that can be positioned to enhance the random look, but yet easily form the main shapes …to the perimeter confinements. Coming from a design/build background, I created a rough design And Jason took it from there. On site, Dillon Collins, took control over the little details, never hesitating to ask for our opinion, at all the critical junctures of the patio

This is the work I had done in 2018 by Jason Woods, Seacoast Concrete Specislists. Of Portsmouth. Jason was contracted to install a new walkway and stairs. The stairs have a 4’ overhang which caused them to loosen when walked on. I have reached out to Jason on multiple occasions to review and repair over the past couple of years. First Jason said he was shorthanded and hes responsible after a certain period of time. I offered to pay to have him return and repair. As of today I have not heard from him. Jason does not guarantee his work. The walkway is beautiful, the stairs however are a disaster My homes entrance has been like this for months.deteriorating for over two years, with minor repairs from local help. We had a drainage problem on the side of our new home. Seacoast Concrete graded the slope and installed a beautiful three tier planter. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor.

Seacoast Concrete did a front walk with pavers and granite steps leading to my front door. It looks great, I get compliments from every visitor that comes up the walk. The price was fair, and they did an excellent job from prep to cleanup. Thanks guys.
