We had an amazing and painless experience with these guys. They installed flooring in 5 areas of our home. The staff was professional and friendly. It says something about a company when the owner is out with the workers doing the wowing as well. It was almost as if they were part of the family just helping us out. Fun conversations and the fact that they were able to do all of this on just 3 short days, move around all of our furniture so we didn't have to, and had great patience with our many pets, was truly a wonderful experience. Our neighbors and family members that visited during that time all said the same!! Prices were exceptional and so was their service. We hired this contractor to do both interior and exterior work on our home. Work started in September of 2020. Work was not completed in some places and was poorly done. Siding is beginning to fall off of our home. Siding that was bought and paid for. He says that he stands behind his work. Yet he fails to show up and complete or repair work done by his company. We have sent several texts and each time, he states he will be there to make the repairs. We are still waiting for him to appear. Contemplating filing a lawsuit against him and his company. Caveat emptor.(Buyer beware)

Steve has done a lot of work in Cool Branch and was recommended to me by my son whose friend had carpeting replaced in his whole house. Came out on time and replaced flooring in one day. Great job, with quality employees for fair price. Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with Seaford Flooring from start to finish. Steve, the owner, came out to my house to do an estimate within two days of my calling and had the estimate back to me in two hours (the day before the 4th of July, no less!). When I made my decision he ordered the materials right away, scheduled me in two weeks and took two days to lay the floor. Steve always took my calls personally on his personal cell phone. He was always very kind and polite, as is his wife who runs the office. He required half the price of the flooring up front and the second half upon completion. I was very pleased with the end result and when I had a question a week after the work was done Steve took my call right away and was out to the house quickly. We had a pet-damaged parquet hardwood floor, and sought out Steve Corsi because of previous experience with him. He was able to find some suitable materials to do the job, and he ended up completing the project under the established budget. Further, unlike many others in the field, he was responsive and easy to deal with. We are pleased that he has opened his business in Seaford.
