I work in maintenance for a large manufacturing shop that has many presses & cylinder applications. I've been using S&CS for the past two years, their turn around time is why i continue to call them over others. They can machine me up seals - sometimes even same day to get my equipment running. Richard and Matt have always communicated well and have stuck to their lead times. They have got me up and running in emergency situations more times than i can count.

This company will do everything they can to make sure you have the correct seals for your job. I would highly recommend them. Everyone I dealt with there was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable.

They did a great job rebuilding the cylinders for my lift! Fair price and quick turnaround.

Worst Service Ever! promised a call back no less than 10 times that never happened; they LOST my cylinder at one point; talked to the people up front, in back and even owner (?). 3 months for them to say they cant fix it, just come pick it up!! When I asked where to find one the employee shrugged their shoulders and said i dunno, try the internet. Every call and visit I made i was treated second class and an inconvenience. Just terrible!!

They lie about turn around time, front and back of the shop obviously don't communicate. They promise one thing and don't deliver on any of it. Disappointing to say the least. If your dependant on a quick turn around and receiving your equipment in a timely fashion, this isn't the place.
