Every time you call there is no one to answer. And if by the grace of God you get someone to answer they never have the time of day to answer the few questions you have. I understand if they are busy but no reason to give the customer an attitude because you have to work. I own a paving/sealing business I know what it is to be busy. But I will never give my customers an attitude over the phone because they have questions. Take our name and number down when you’re less busy call back. I wish there was another option in the area. Seal master needs to train their employees on customer service. Thumbs down all the way around!

I have reached out to sealmaster and tried to discuss my driveway issue with their product. Basically it was applied to my driveway in August of 2021 and much of it has literally washed off in several places. The pictures attached were taken 6 month later after application and as u can see, the sealer is gone! I emailed sealmaster and left message but they will not call me back to assess what happened. I spent thousands on my .5 mile long driveway. All I want to do is get sealmaster to help correct the problem with my applicator. Not the quality I expected nor what I see on line from sealmaster. Really disappointing! Thank you!

Wow. What a great job w service. I called and Steve answered. I told him what I needed and they had It there waiting for me. I got there 15 minutes after close on a Friday night! Very cheerful guy.

Very pleased with the level of service. Probably one of the best stores of its kind that I've seen in my almost 40 years in the business. I appreciate the experience these guys have and the well stocked shelves are very organized and useful. Josh is especially pleasant. Tristan too. Excellent customer service!!!! I called Josh at sealmaster in Manassas, and I was treated great!! He took the time to answer every question I had, he didn't try to rush me off the phone, which I really appreciate. I will be purchasing all of my equipment from Josh because he knows how to get the job done!!!!! I recommend this location highly:)
