Sears Appliance Repair

The Sears AI states repair service is available in the Alexandria,mn area but it is not, even though it provides a local physical business address. They will not even process a request for service through their website.

Can’t even get an appointment even though my warranty company recommended them.

Dale is a great tech and always does a thorough job. Your corporate operations have gone down the toilet and after over 20 years of being a loyal customer I am ready to never do business with Sears again. You have lost a client who has bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of appliances which I will now buy elsewhere. Your management has destroyed client services.
