Sears Appliance Repair

Repairman was not friendly and just hateful.I tried to ask some questions he started questioning me asking me if I was just trying to get a new washing machine and that was not my intention at all I just wanted my washing machine fixed. The original problem was a screeching noise.To the end my washer was not repaired as he had had to get to lunch. Just totally shocked.A simple explanation of the problem would have been enough.

While the technician was good, calling them was torture. I got the parts and could not get a hold of them for 2 weeks. I found out they dropped my appointment. And because they dropped my original follow-up appointment, I got charged twice in order to reschedule.

Service was performed in professional and timely manner.

Technician called said he was 25 minutes out but never came called him a few time and messaged no response: call company was told they have tech call me and still no call. Received a text that job was complete for me to rate my tech.
