Sears Appliance Repair

Update: the response from this review gives me the same number to talk to a computer again! Appointment rescheduled after waiting all day. Technician diagnosed on second appointment. Had to pay upfront for parts and Labor. Tech does not have tool to complete repair and the computer keeps assigning him to come and do the repair. There is no one to talk to except a computer that has no option to resolve the issue. Third appointment waited all day. It was rescheduled. Meanwhile, I’m out $700 with a fridge that does not work. It’s been 11 days since they took my money and the tech can’t even talk to somebody to get his tool replaced. You’re at the mercy of a computer that does not understand. Absolutely no customer service from the company.

Tyler was amazing. Prompt, very knowledgeable and personable. Probably one of the best service people we have had in a long time. I can only think of one other experience we have had that compares. We will call again for our service when needed and hopefully we get him again!

Our repairman.. maybe Robert K? Came from Kalamazoo. He was filthy. Needed a shave and haircut. Needed his clothes washed. Needed a shower. He leaned on my washing machine the whole time he was there. I couldn’t find a live person to complain to so here it is.

Our service tech Tyler was awesome. Work on Samsung dryer, hard to get parts in a timely manor. I assume Samsung issue. Nobody in town was willing to service Samsung equipment.

The worst customer service ! I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had one claim. I made an appointment for my dryer because it was making a noise. Three appointments latter and all a NO Show still no communications. 8 to 5 appontinments ? all day long waiting and no call , no text, no email . This is what I paid for every month ??? Do not trust anything they tell you and expect to get a robot AI stinks. But they took my deposit up front .
