The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast service. Remedied the problem and ordered parts which came to the house and were ready to install on the return visit. This was service was covered by an extended warranty that we purchased with the washer, so it was no cost to us. So glad we purchased the warranty.

Dave is always very friendly, and very capable of doing anything I need to have done. He's very very good. I appreciate his treatment to me and my equipment immensely

Repairman (Alex) did an excellent job and the repair to my gas range didn’t take long at all. Very nice, friendly man. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Businesses need more employees like Alex.

The repair was completed, but not reinstalled. He plugged it in enough to hear the motor run. The service rep, Patrick, was very rude in letting me know that they don't do reinstallation. I was going to try calling American Home ShieldI was told I had to have someone pull it out so they can get to it, was not told that it would need to be put back by someone else. There was no I'm sorry, or any reasonable conversation. He commented that he had, I believe, 91 days to retirement and he would be gone. I told him if he worked for me he'd be gone now. Another service person came in, I'm assuming from Patrick's call, and was very pleasant.

John was very knowledgeable and he clearly explained the issues/problems with our refrigerator. He was able to address the issues and get us up and running. We really appreciate his services!
