Sears Appliance Repair

Very bad experience, I called them because my refrigerator was not cooling properly, freezer was working properly only upper part has got some issue. However sears messed that up completely, they could not fix the upper part cooling problem and in fact they damaged existing working properly freezer cooling too. Very bad experience, never recommend to anyone:

Corey was very nice but he claims it is Our Thermostat and NOT our Furnace and Sears DOESNT Do THERMOSTATS. He was here maybe 15-20 minutes tops His Customer Service was Good but Getting The Problem Taken Care of Was Very Poor,😠😠😠

Anthony showed for our appointment on time. He was professional when entering my home, and began work promptly. Anthony was very polite while he did his work and worked quickly. He was in and out in no time. My washer now runs like new..Thank you Tony.

My parts arrived before they indicated they would (12/8 and 12/11). The part for the left refrigerator door was installed. One part was put on hold. The ice maker started working on 12/13/2025. Therefore, the part was not installed. If the ice maker fails to continue to work, I will contact Sears again. I will keep the ordered part in a safe place. Thank you, Russell.

Corey did a good job. the company does not keep the client updated as to where the technician is; what time the technician will be there; and technician does not call when on the way, just shows up. the times posted for approximate time of arrival are always incorrect. it is hell waiting on someone to come and they might not show; this has happened before--they wait until the end of the day (8 to 5pm wait at home for technician), around 4pm, and then text to say the technician would not be coming. I got furnace service of a new pilot light through warranty program.
