Sears Appliance Repair

First I want to start by saying the tech was awesome and this is not a post about him. The company though has a lot to be desired including the crappy AI service they use, you can never talk to anyone and they cancel on a regular basis. This was a for a warranty with LG and the cancelled a total of 6 times which cost me 6 days at work since the unit was not at my home. Again not contact and a bunch of AI and computer prompts. Very disappointed in this company. Again the tech was an amazing though and great person. Did great work once he was able to come and do the job.

He has been at our facility many times and it's always been a positive experience. He explains everything so you understand and is clear with the repairs when needed. He does a great job and is a very pleasant person

Thomas was very polite and considerate. He has great knowledge of his craft and was very professional in explaining how things work on my washer.

Steve was excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed and cleaned all 6 burners on my GE Monogram range. I would recommend him to anyone.

This was a warranty repair by Samsung. Russ was professional. He went directly to the problem and repaired it. As it turned out it was a common weak point with this brand that should be addressed at assembly. Would definitely use Sears repair in the future.
