Sears Appliance Repair

The technician who came out for my dryer was absolutely awesome. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had patience in explaining the.problem and what needs to be fixed or changed. He is also the gentleman that came out for my washer. They need more technicians like him.

The technician is good but the sears customer service is extremely poor and non-communicative as well as practically non existent. To get someone on the phone you have to jump through hoops and it’s extremely frustrating because I paid for service and the technician cancelled on me 3 time. The technician that finally serviced our fridge Sonny went above and beyond; he was patient polite and very thorough when it came to replacing the part. Happy to have had him assist us with the fridge. Sears on the other hand is horrible especially being that I paid for services and got extremely poor help. Sears please do better or you may end up losing patrons.

Unfortunately I have now had my appointment rescheduled by Sears twice in a row, without any communication until after the time window for my appointment has come and gone. They already came once to diagnose the problem, and this appointment is to install the part - basically they already have my money and I can't go with someone else. This is an unfortunate situation and I cannot recommend Sears to anyone. Edit: November 8, and Sears has just missed its 4th appointment to repair my washer, and with no communication until after the time window, when I received a text from the AI with alternate appointment times. Look, everyone reading this, do NOT engage any company that asks you to prepay for a repair in full before completing it. And certainly do not use Sears. I made a friggin' 5t

Justin was fantastic! He came prepared, diagnosed the issue with my Magic Chef washer quickly, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. My washer is working perfectly now, and I really appreciate his expertise. Highly recommend Justin for any appliance repair!
