Sears Appliance Repair

We received appliance repair services thru Sears via our home warranty plan (American Home Service) and Rick was our technician. I can't speak highly enough of him and his work. He was kind, courteous, explained things as he was doing them, and answered all of my goofy questions. He was patient with my house full of daycare kiddos and completed the job in a timely manner with attention to detail and respect for our home/space. I would work with him again any time for appliance repair, no question!

Robert was fantastic. He was on-time, professional, and very friendly. We discovered we are both Veterans and shared similar experiences. Highest praise for Robert. I was stunned by the price of the estimate cost to repair my snow blower! $1,200 to replace the auger housing and auger on my 2012, Craftsman snow blower is outrageous! I can purchase a new one for that price. I was figuring on $500-$750 max, which I am happy to pay. I dont want to purchase a new snow blower. I want mine fixed for a fair, reasonable price. None of this is Robert's fault. As I said, Robert is fantastic. I expect better of this company, Respectfully submitted, Don C.

I greatly appreciated Robert’s help fixing our washing machine. I have no one to ask for advice about home appliances so him showing my step by step how to fix the issue if it comes up again meant the world to me. That sounds dramatic, but with a dog and two kids our washing machine is one of the most important appliances in the house. My only complaint is with Sears Home Services, there’s no way to talk to an actual person, the phone lines are all automated so your only hope for answers is when the technician comes out. I haven’t gotten service from any other companies so maybe their prices are reasonable, but I thought it was a lot of money to fix the problem.

Appointment was between 8am and 12pm, didn't show than saw 115pm no show and AI doesn't help to talk to a person. I just canceled the whole thing as it's not worth wasting your whole day waiting. I vote with my dollar , took the business elsewhere.

Michael was unable to perform the service because they needed two people. Well I'm very frustrated this was not Michael's fault but Sears for not providing two technicians. They actually arrived an hour apart and the first left before the second arrived. I'm not happy but I don't blame Michael.
