Sears Appliance Repair

When I called Sears, I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction. Our dryer is 15 years old so with the cost of the repairs, we decided to replace it with a new one. I would definitely recommend your services.

Our Refrigerator is a Kenmore and is 26 years old. It's still like new. We needed a part to replace a water valve to regulate the water that goes to the ice maker. The repairman fixed it in 10 minutes. Great job and friendly technician.

I’m only halfway through my repair and I’m not happy at all. I was told my dryer needed the heating element replaced. I paid 600 for the repair and it was schedule for tomorrow. One week from the initial service. My dryer was torn apart and left in pieces. So I couldn’t even use it for air dry. Today, I get an email that my service is rescheduled for another week out. Apparently the part that Amazon next day delivers hasn’t even shipped yet. SMH I tried to call to speak with a human to find out why. Why can’t sears get this part in and i just get AI assistance and told no live agents are available. No offer to place me on hold, which means they have no one to handle these things. No actual customer support. So I gave them my money and I am left without a dryer for two weeks now. What ha

Sears came out to replace a large part that had frozen over in the refrigerator. We were told to unplug the fridge for 2 days to allow it to thaw. The part got replaced. The repairman dried up a bit of water where the crisper drawers normally are, plugged in the fridge & left. He never told me there should be more water nor where this water would drain to. We then started noticing an odor coming from the fridge, although it was empty. Finally, thru blind luck, I discovered standing, dirty water under the center drawer in a separate part of the refrigerator! The repairman works on refrigerators, not us. I don’t expect him to have cleaned it up, but he should have shown me where the water drained to & how to access it.

Techs were nice. However, took 4 trips to fix the issue. All Seats gives you is, 'Will be there between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.'. then the day of repair, you get a message 30 to 60 minutes before they show up. Four trips above, plus a video conference THEY scheduled, BUT THEN RESCHEDULED for another day AT THE EXACT TIME THE CALL WAS SCHEDULED FOR. What all that means is 5 days set aside waiting for them to come. I don't put that on the techs. I call out the company for completely inadequate scheduling that I have to sit around all day waiting. And if you think you're going to call somebody to address this issue, guess again. They make it next to impossible to contact anybody in person. And, it's not even that easy to schedule the service call to begin with.
