My technicians have been wonderful - Glen and Timothy. However, your bot system is terrible. I had appointments canceled, because your system was incorrectly programmed that I was waiting on a part. I was not, but there was no way to tell the bot that there was an error in the system. AI is here, but right now we still need human intervention!

Glenn was very professional and polite and also shared some of his experience with me to give me a better understanding to what he was needing to resolve for me. He also made sure to accommodate my schedule. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Blake was a very pleasant young man! He took care of our problem and explained it. he was very knowledgeable.

Polite, quick, and told me that it couldn't be fixed cause they dont make the parts for that freezer!!! No fault to him, but I just cant believe they dont make parts for a freezer thats only 3 or 4 yrs old.... Guess nothings made like it used to be.

We received excellent customer service. Jeffrey quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and had our washer working quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!
