I liked the technician. He did a great job. I dislike being held hostage from 8 to 3 and then after waiting all day the time moved from 3 to 5. That isn't the technicians fault but poor planning on Sears scheduling. I probably will not use Sears again for this reason.
Brian was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently to repair our icemaker. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was on time. Our refrigerator/ ice maker was still under the extended warranty so there was no charge.

Fast &courtest service. Trouble call was expensive at $129 though. The repair estimate was more than a new dryer!
