Outstanding customer service, called to let me know he was coming, provided details and insight on issue, resolved quickly and efficiently Recommended your maintenence servuce and I signed up. Fast friendly and efficient service I've never received from other repair svsc. Outstanding and highly recommend. My tenant was in Awe on how quickly all resolved. Issue on Sunday and resolved on Monday!

Sayed Fawad, came to fix my dryer and different times two others. Sayed was very polite and explained everything, and took his time to make sure everything was right. a good experience all together with all three. I recommend Sayed and Sears Appliance repair

Technician, Leroy was overbooked the previous day and still wasn’t at my house by 7 pm for my 12-5 pm time slot. He was very responsive and apologetic and kept me informed throughout the afternoon. At 7 pm I canceled and rescheduled for next day. Different tech but he was here by 2 and was able to repair. Excellent service. The next day delay was the only reason for a 4 star.

Leroy was fantastic. As soon as we described the issue with our oven, he immediately diagnosed the problem—it was a faulty ignitor. He clearly explained the solution and replaced the ignitor quickly and professionally. We’re thrilled to have our oven working again and really appreciated his expertise and efficiency.

Sears maintenance - is predatory at worse and incompetent at best. They have taken $600 of our money for a maint agreeement and yet refuse to replace a faulty fridge. They just keep sending more techs out, over and over, to replace random parts on a fridge that sweats and produces unhealthy and hazardous black mould. It is infuriating, and robbery. We are considering filing suit. However, I will note that Alvin was great - he is a professional and kind human being, and tolerated our frustration well.
